Terms of sale

The seller is Kegster. The buyer is the company or person ordering a test kit via the website or by agreement.

Test kits are not free. An order is binding once confirmed by Kegster.

Invoices are sent by email. Test kits are packed and shipped once payment has been registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are shown in the order flow or in a quote. Shipping and admin fees may apply if stated in the order.

Delivery is made to the stated address unless otherwise agreed. Estimated delivery time is given at order or in the order confirmation.

Business purchases normally do not have the same withdrawal rights as consumer purchases. For occasional consumer orders, withdrawal rights are assessed separately under applicable rules.

Defects should be reported to steinar@mocco.no without undue delay after they were discovered or should have been discovered.

The parties should try to resolve disputes amicably. Norwegian law applies to the agreement.
